Sav works via PayPal agreement mechanism, the same like on GoDaddy.
And PayPal itself uses the internal balance as 1st source by default.

Sav allows PP but you must use connected CC to pay.

This is registration, the price of the transfer from Dynadot is $22.99

There is no good price for a .CO transfer right now.
Previously, the IONOS registration price was equal to the transfer. They seem to have changed this policy.
Now registration with IONOS is $8.00, and the transfer is $22.00
