Are they any good hosting companies that offer good payout for Cloud Hosting affiliates?

There are not too many web hosting companies offering that. I think that would be better looking through existing providers and asking them.

There are many hosting companies offering Cloud Hosting these days who also have an affiliate program so it shouldn't be too difficult for you to find some companies. If I may ask, what type of a payout structure are you looking at ?

Nice signature. Cloud hosts aren't that many and as far as I see the Affiliate model doesn't work there the way it works in Shared Hosting.
