Hello everyone,

I have a domain registered on Epik and had previously updated the nameservers so they would point to Atom. I have now discovered that the nameservers were changed back to Epik.com without any action on my part.

Additionally, when attempting to sign in, I get a message instructing me to contact [email protected], which prevents me from logging in.

I find this situation highly concerning. I have sent them an email and they haven't replied yet.

Why would you still have any domains left at epik when the "new" owners have acted shady from the start?

Just a suggestion - if you care about your domains, move them to a better registrar ASAP.

The domain was pushed to my account (I created it for this reason) bc I just didn't want to pay for transfer fee so I left it there and actually the nameservers are ponted again to Epik (automatically) because now they told me they blocked my account due to invalid address. However no other registrar ever told me that my address is invalid. Also, I don't see my domain in my dashboard anymore.

Hopefully they don't cause you any more trouble (if you're going to stay with them).

Did they give you a reason for the block?
They said "The account login was blocked as we received no reply to our initial email about the account information being invalid." I swear I didn't see that email.

However, the address I provided from the beginning is the same one I’ve used with all other registrars, and none of them ever flagged it as invalid like Epik did. Anyway all good now.
