Hi, so I am fron Slovenia, and recently found out that some cities do not have their .com domains! Ex. Celje.com is bought by me, but the city has its local domain version name Celje.si to whom could I sell this domain? Is it potential profit maker? Also there is a water park that is beeing built, with the name allready taken in its .si form. But I bought the .com version. Do you think the owners would be interested in?:hearts:

It also depends on population, business value of the city...... if you found local extensions then they are not bad..

Here in the UK the .co.uk is more popular than the .com so, Manchester.co.uk would be more popular than Manchester.com. If the city was fairly large then the .com may be worthwhile but before buying do some research and have a plan. Re the water park, you would probably have trademark issues so I'd stay away.

Yes every country has its own special domain address. You can sell it to somebody who wants to publicize his city to people. Try it and you will find someone.
