Citibank scam email

I dont know if anyone else has recieved these before but it is a first for me so heres one to watch out for.

account. In accordance with our User Agreement and to ensure that your
account has not been compromised, access to your account was flagged.
Your account will remain flagged until this issue has been resolved.
This is a fraud prevention measure meant to ensure that your account
is not compromised.

Should your account remain flagged for an extended period of time,
it may result in further limitations on the use of your account or
may result in eventual account closure.

bloody scammers, why dont they feel any guilt at least for what theyre doin, they got some real problems. Damn they get me annoyed, think they can do wahtever they want with no consequences grrr.

I get those all the time, which is funny, because I am not a citibank customer. I also get a lot of paypal and ebay things like that as well. It's always interesting to see where they are from via the whois. The one I got today was from the Phillipines (according to the IP address they gave).

When I had to change cards after I got crooked by someone, it was hard to tell the real warnings from these things.
