Is it a somewhat good estimate that
chinese LLLL.com premiums are at at least $1billion value today?
Unlike Number .coms chinese premium LLLL.com boomed in value in a very short period.
Will they hold their value or is it the biggest BUBBLE ever seen in domains?

Share your thoughts please

Seems like the market is going up too fast for its own good. At this rate, what will LLLL chips be at by the new year? $5,000? Can they even hit that? The next two months are going to be very very interesting. It HAS TO slow down. We may be near the end.

I said just a couple of weeks ago the floor for 4l.com would be $3k within 3-6 months and $5k within a year and I was scorned at by some people (I can't blame them those prices did seem crazy but was my gut feeling). It's now looking on course for that far sooner due to the recent large price increases.

Of course the rate of increase will slow down at some point that's for sure though.
When that will happen is anyone's guess.

I can see LLLL approach $2.5K-$3K possibly by end of Nov. Not sure if it will continue to climb after that.

What a waste of money.
Please wait until next year before you call me a fool.

Lots of Chinese investors wanting digital assets.

Fortunes are being made playing the game along side of them.

Some are making 6 figures with hand registrations.
Others are buying low, waiting a few weeks/months, and selling at market price - making 5 figures in the process.

The majority are sitting on the sidelines.

Same game, different time.. lots of folks sat at the sidelines as well while others grabbed NNNNs and NNNNNs.. nobody saying this is going to continue forever, but you either go with the flow or miss out big time over and over again.. some folks learn from past mistakes, others don't..

Floor is give or take $2k today at most platforms like godaddy, sedo etc. Haven't see much action from namejet stats but I doubt they'll be any lower then the others probably higher as has been the case for a long time.

I had a gut feeling a big move up was on the way and today has really seen that happen.
This kind of day won't happen often but the overall trend is very bullish for now IMO.

It's tempting to sell some 4l's and can't blame anyone for doing so, but for me i'm holding for now.

Almost every single category tracked over at Chaomi.cc is up today, something I haven't seen in the month or two I've been paying attention to that site. When you couple today's action with the insane (record?) number of registrations we saw over the weekend, I think it is very bullish. Huge amounts of money bulldozing in, forcing prices up powerfully.

Holding my 22 until the 2.5K-3K range. We're weeks away, not months - IMO.

Never seen such a huge rise on any given category as much as today/last 24 hours - ever.

Someone just sold blkz.com for $1350 on flippa.
Poor seller, that marketplace is the worst for selling anything chinese premium by a mile (okay maybe ebay is in the same league) I don't know why some sellers haven't figured that out by now.

@Federer agreed!

Namejet always fetches the best prices, leading the game with so many chinese auction sites running bidding accounts there (more and more).. but still helps to rise all boats at all marketplaces, congrats to all you CHIPS owners

The problem is not Flippa. The problem is not setting a Reserve price.

That is part of the problem but it's still the marketplace IMO.

If you set no reserve on sedo/godaddy/namejet you will not see those prices come through ever (maybe one in 1000).
It happens time and again with flippa selling chips under current market value, i've seen it happen so often now.

Yes I know Flippa does not bring prices as high as the other marketplace, but sellers should know that.

That is exactly what I was asking, why on earth have sellers not figured that out by now, it is simply the worst option to sell with now. You would get more on forums then many of the sales prices I see there.

Anyway, floor seems to be $1800+ on sedo and slightly higher on godaddy and $2100+ on namejet.
I'm having a break now for a bit :)

Namejet is the best. Even random 4L are all fetching around 250. Amazing :) I like to see that a lot.
