Is it a somewhat good estimate that
chinese LLLL.com premiums are at at least $1billion value today?
Unlike Number .coms chinese premium LLLL.com boomed in value in a very short period.
Will they hold their value or is it the biggest BUBBLE ever seen in domains?

Share your thoughts please

I just had a bulk offer for all my LLLL.com's at $625 each. That seems about half the market price for Chinese LLLL.com's? What should I do? Counter?

I got a similar bulk offer back in September for $500 for all of my Chinese LLLL.com's. I countered and it went back and forth and it got very confusing because they took out some names and then added them back in and so after many back and forth exchanges, I politely declined.

I then put them up on GoDaddy auctions (one of them on Sedo just to try it) and I averaged $1151 (before fees). YMMV but check LLLLSales.com for the latest figures. The GoDaddy auctions were all 7-day auctions with reserves.

I'm a bit confused. Why are they considered "Chinese LLLL.com's" and not just regular LLLL.com's? What are they exactly looking for? Repeating 8's? lol

The "Chinese" 4L's would be the domains that do not have the letters (A, E, I,O, U, and V) in them.

I'll counter it :xf.smile:

For bulk offer (min 10 chips), the floor price is $900 each IMHO :xf.cool:

Where is the best place to sell a chinese LLLL.com, after fees?

I'm thinking namepros because no fee (or, lets say $60 sedo escrow fee).

Or is there enough of a premium on Sedo/Flippa/etc to justify selling on one of those platforms and paying the fee?

NamePros is best for low value chinese premium. Less buyer here, but no fees.

If you hold a strong chinese with pattern AABB or ABAB, it think you should publish on larger platform to reach more buyers because these patterns will fetch a much higher value.

Those platforms are mostly used to find "End Users", no resellers. For liquid domains where the value is pretty much already defined, are better to be sold on forums such as this. Whereas if you have keyword domains where he value lies in the eyes of buyer, those platforms work best.

I strongly disagree. In fact, the statement "no resellers" is simply not true. I buy names at auction, GoDaddy mainly, all the time, as do hundreds of domain flippers, resellers and on Sedo too. Every day of the week.

Even so, GoDaddy commissions are ridiculous, and Sedo's have become the same. Sell on this forum if you can, although within the past few weeks buyers here have become less willing to pay market prices. Lots and lots of bargain hunters.

@Weber - AILV.com isn't a Chinese Premium domain whether or not it has been purchased by a Chinese person. But interesting, all the same :)
