Hi all,

I'm looking to see what interest there is in the following forum site I own and run, www.ChessForums.org

I created this site back in February and have built it up to a popular chess community with a modern design and some excellent features.

-PageRank 4 (some great back links)
-560 members, 5400 posts, 768 threads
-Completely custom vB skin design
-Additional custom features including PGN viewer, PGN diagram generator
-Many relevant vB mods installed and running
-Contemporary logo and CafePress store

-Genuine member base with a good reputation
-MySpace account with 1800 chess friends
-vBSEO plugin with license

#1-3 for 'chess forums' (majority of the time we position at #3 although I have seen us at the #1 and #2 spots in the last few weeks)

The vBulletin license is leased so you would require your own, but I believe the vBSEO license can be transferred. This is truly a genuine forum with a lot of hard work gone into it, its a niche market with some very loyal followers.

I'm looking for offers at this stage as I am in two minds whether to sell (the reason for the possible sale is I have started a new full time job and can no longer commit to developing the site to its full potential). I am looking for this site to go to a good home as it has been my "baby" for the last 5-6 months
