CheckUrl.info - Can I use their script for a public site?

I would like to use checkurl.info's linkpop script for my newly acquired eLinkPop.com, however, I am confused with their TOS. Am I allowed to offer the script for public searching, or is it for my own private use? I've emailed them, but thought I'd give NP's a shot too just in case someone here has dealt with the script (or owns the site!).

I believe you MAY use it, aslong as their is a VISIBLE link back to them and a (C) notice under their script
