Checking Afternic for bids ?

Pretty new to domaining but have been doing a TON of reading for a couple months.

Recently I bought about 50 domains names (expires, hand regs, etc) and put them up on Afternic or passively put them for sale on Godaddy right after purchase. I linked my Godaddy account to my Afternic account via the newer advanced Godaddy domain interface.

Its been about 2 weeks and havent heard anything or seen any BIN action so I have been toying around with some pricing on what I consider cheap flippers, lowering them a bit to see if I get any action.

Most of this is done through Godaddys advanced GUI which links Afternic account and Godaddy account together.

So for the past few days I notice if I try to update the price on a few domains it looks like it is going to do it but then I just get a blank screen after submitting. The pricing (BIN, reserve, floor) remains the same. The Godaddy menu/gui is kinda quirky so I figured it might be a bug because the system is clearly marked "BETA".

Ok, so I go to my Afternic account to see if I can do it and I notice something weird. ALL of my domains were showing $20 minimum bids and now most are showing different numbers. Many are in the low to mid $XXX. I did not update that section of any of the domains and I did not get any emails or alerts that people are bidding.

So, here is my question: Is the "minimum offer" on the Afternic site for each of my domains really just actual bids that are coming in and therefore the minimum means active bidding ?

Example: fakename.com is setup with $600 BIN, $500 floor, $300 reserve, $20 minimum offer.
But now I see $462 as the minimum offer. Is that a "current bid" or something else ?

Thanks for any help !

This is probably blindingly obvious from your name, NYJimbo, but I'm assuming you are in the US?! But if by some happenstance you were from Canada, I can see how a BIN of $600 CAN would translate (almost exactly) to $462 US. I have my GoDaddy account set to Canadian dollars, so I'm just checking you haven't run into a currency translation issue.
