It is very untapped. That is why I went after the niche market... Just last month Texas spent 6-7 million on testing all high school students in sports... Its around the corner for the US.

I think there is some potential for developed site(s) that offer or sell the "Home Test" kits or offer quality information. You could also put some of the sites to really good use as a public service, make some contacts and maybe try to get some pro athletes or former athletes to endorse the site(s). Supporting such a site would be great for an athletes image (unless of course they are Barry Bonds, Mark McGuire, etc..)

Personally, I would first develop SteroidPrevention.com & SteroidSigns.com, with mission statements, and really good information. Once you have a nice site up that is indexed, try to become a reseller of some kind for the kits and market them on some of the other domains promoted via info sites.
