Even though you're using Joomla, you're way to close to the looks of the parking pages of 1plus.net.
The sites look like traditional mini sites; if that's your aim, you accomplished that. If you're aiming towards the looks of a full site that is not relying on RSS feeds and affiliate links, you'd have to revisit the design aspects and make it more of an entertainment to come to your sites.
To place a critique on any of the items/visuals of the site wouldn't accomplish anything, i think you should revise the concepts, unless the mini site/ advanced parking site design is your goal.
Turn more visual, embedded videos from Hummers out on a trail, some action photography slides, get more beef on the site. Your backdrop is too light to be representing the environment a Hummer should be in. There should be a darker, more challenging element to it. Who are the people driving Hummers? Ideally, it's the outdoorsy type, the ones that can tell a brown bear 15 miles against a tornado and still crack a smile in the midst of it. Bring excitement to it, because right now, it's rather stale. Try to find the "Marlboro Man" for Hummers and bring him out.
Now that i used just about every stereotypical visual for a rough rider that actually can use a Hummer, you can put your thinking cap back on and see whether that's a direction you'd want to go.
