I see that many users purchase expired domains through GoDaddy since they always have promo codes available.

Any other cheapest way to purchase expired domains?

Aside from backordering and drop catching, I think GD coupons are the best way to go. Definitely the cheapest. I don't know of any other registrars who run so many $0.99-$2 coupons on new .COM's. With that in mind, I would say if we're talking cheapest - that's it.

Well I would say that godaddy auctions domains are problematic in long term for PBNs, so better looking for small and independent suppliers
