Cheapest current domain registrars?

Hi,
Does anyone know who's currently doing the cheapest .com/info/org'registries please?
I think domainsite are doing 1.99 info's, but are they reputable? are their any other bargain reg sites out their???

Godaddy or Hostway

Godaddy or Hostway are the ones I use.

Looks like they are cheap.

If you find any other good ones, I would like to know.

yes i found domainsarefree.com, as i said they appear to be doing $3.99 .com's, but ive never heard of them, but tempted to try a few at that price.

Cheap domain are false economy (please see RegFly etc.)

Go for a highly reputable $6.99 host

hmmmmm, after a quick study of domainsarefree.com i found their site Copyright © 1999-2004 , is a little out of date. cant find an iota of info on google regarding them, so im going to pass on them, unless someone can recommend them??

Anyway, can anyone recommend a REPUTABLE cheap domain name registry service, pls?

I use LuckyRegister, they are event cheaper than Godaddy. Their backorder services is also quite good. I just won the following names last 2 weeks:

XXXSHOW.info
AllNews.info
HotVacationPackages.com

they charged my CC and domain not reg'd! contacting them was quite a waste of time no even one answer

I wen't with domainsite in the end, they have a good 1.99 .info offer so grabbed a few of them, while the .com's were 6.99 for basic reg. seems quite fair.

fabulous.com -- $6,75 at a wholesale account (you have to be accepted for it), highly recommend.
moniker.com -- $6,95 (contact Moniker's staff and ask for this price; they ask for a $500 initial deposit to your account), highly recommend too.
