Cheaper register/renew of domains in bulk?

I have been wondering if there are any major discounts to be had for registering domains in bulk (say 30+) and if there are major discounts for the renewal of those domains (say 200+).

I would like to know of where I can go to get good discounts on bulk purchases / renewals.

godaddy is offering major discounts for bulk domains. check the thread here
