We started working on this Xbox news and fan site early last year, however we've not had a lot of time for our own projects as customer websites get preference.

The site is based on wordpress with a custom template, contains a few postings, content and rss feeds. We've also integrated phpBB and the template together. We had also planned to integrate a wiki for user generated content, however didn't get this far.

We had also considered integrating a shopping cart, or at the very least a catalog where you could use affiliate and referral programs to generate some revenue.

There's been no SEO work done, so you'll be starting with a blank canvas. It has all the characteristics of being a potentially great site and an income earner with google adwords and affiliate programs. There is no revenue or traffic coming in for this site presently.

We really don't have the time to develop this any further and are willing to let it go for $150.00 (USD), which we think is a bargain given the work and time that's gone into it. Paypal is our preferred payment method.

We are going to list it on Flippa eventually, but thought we'd give the NP community a chance at it first.

It's listed on a few sites. We're simply maximizing our chances at selling the site.

I believe we've adhered to the rules in this case, specifically '9.) Please keep your sales on NamePros. Don't link to external / 3rd party sales sites.'. We're not linking to another site regarding the sale of the website and if we find a buyer on NP, then we're not asking the buyer to transact at a third party site.

If this is not the case and I've either read or interpreted the rules incorrectly, or there is an un-written rule regarding posting it on multiple sites, I do apologies, otherwise I believe we're within the rules of the forum.

If you could add the Domains(s) registrar & Expiration date(s) as well in your thread, that would be great. As for the "Please keep your sales on NamePros", that's mostly for auction style listings, as we all know one can't honor winning bidders at more than one place .

Also, why is ChatXbox.com linked to ChatBox.com? Can you also correct that to please?
