This is the first Battlefield Heroes fan site made and really took off. Has been recognized by EA and Dice game developers and has a large community. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to maintain it and feel like it is a great opportunity for someone to push along. This site averages about $5/day or higher on Google ads...but I never had time to explore more types of revenue. Sold temp ads for $700 a few times.

The site runs on PHPBB and has a custom template/graphics made by me. Will sell domain name, template as well as entire database for complete site. Please understand that I cannot sell the PHPBB script, but can be obtained for free.

You can see the tapering off due to my limited times. The positive thing is that the game is still in development and there is still much excitement around for it. Its running perfectly fine on its own right now.
