similar phenomena exists with backlinks, where someone quotes number of backlinks, but doesn't check to see where the links actually reside on the linked pages.

Michael actually had the good choice to earn more by selling the chatgpt.com. But the amount 85K USD is very less for OpenAI. He should make the offer for 15 or 20 Lacs USD.
