I am sooooo p@#$%^... i am just done with AT&T.....soooo incompetent, soo not customer friendly, sooo unorganized..... tooo long of a story(maybe i will post it here when i am more awake)....

Had a phonecall with customer support...first he was very helpful...removed some stuff from my bill what was supposed to be removed 2 months ago(lol)

But after asking for more he went pissy.... and this A$$'ole didn't let me finish my sentence...a couple times he interrupted me...he even went off when i tried again to tell my story, defending his company and went rude on me....even after telling him "hey , who is the customer here and pays u a s%^& load of money on a monthly basis??....

I just ended up regging www.attsuxx.com....!! :hehe: :lol:

P.S: I stated at least 4 times during the conversation that i am not addressing this on a personal level to the Represantative...... :)

Sorry to hear that, I had tried AT&T but the reception in my area was crap so switched to U.S. Cellular (their service is unbeatable in my area including reception). With AT&T I couldn't even get reception in my house in the country, only got it outside. A cell isn't much good when you can't use it when you want because there's no signal. :D

Call customer support and ask to speak to a manager. Reps generally don't have any authority to remove charges or make decisions, so you need to talk to someone who does. Hope you get it straightened out. :)

lol, that's exactly right, i made some research and have seen people with 50k+ bills, that is just beyond imagination.....(i feel bad complaining about my $380 one)...but i will setup a little forum and information site there i guess :)

Yeah, i had a similar situation when i tried t-mobile years ago, i am glad you got now service, these days everything depends on a cellphone (i can't remember the times when i had none):)

I did ask for a manager/supervisor but the guy told me"they are all gone" and return tomorrow morning(ok, it was a bit late when i called) :)
Regarding to the Rep Situation, THEY HAVE the authority but in most cases they are A: not taking the risk and think"hey why should i get involved" or B: to untrained to handle the situation.(i was a Manager/Supervisor myself and know about Situations like that)....and to add one thing, a month ago a Rep helped me with removing some stuff...sure he checked for a minute with his Supervisor but basically handled all on his own...

The funny thing is that i went from a $38 plus in my account to $380 minus, in just one month, again...i thought the whole mess was taken care of last month

..WROOOOONNGGG....
