Cease and Desist template letter

Hi guys,

I need some sort of template letter to send to the owner of the .net version of my business .com domain name. I commenced trading with a website on the .com before he registered the .net version and I am looking to give him a bit of a fright so that he will transfer the domain back to me.

Thanks for that, there seems to be a good one on the first link. I shall get it reviewed by a legal expert first before sending anything.

Is the .net website actually infringing on your .com site? Thought it might have been zeeble, but I see the .com is parked. The .net is a nice blogsite, but not yours. Must be a different domain, huh?
