Hello, i am thinking about setting up a local registrar for my area and im wanting to know which is the best reseller for .com.au domains. The reseller account must be easy to use and customizeable and has the cheapest prices.

If anyone has any recommendations please post here.

I'm planning to set up some co.uk domains and so I don't know which
UK-registrar to use.

I'm a name.com user. I have some at godaddy too but only because of
cheap registration, though I really dislike godaddy's million other "deals" nothanks... nothanks ... nothanks clicking at registration or renewal. Why need all that crap to add, aren't the domain reasonably safe with them otherwise?

Anyway, I like name.com's style and great suppport so which uk-registrars are as good to be recommended?!

By the way, does it really matter where the server resides,
in regards of serp, if my main target is UK? I though of doing pages and linking to amazon.co.uk. Should a UK host be used, if so, which? 123reg?

Likewise I wonder, if US is my main target, does the domains' server have to be in US for best serp? Are there various views about it?!

Well.. I would appreciate people's experiences, how is this circumstance known? Verified? Just because they say so, how do they know?

Can anyone then tell me, if my sites are hosted in Europe, then sometimes 80% of the visitors are from US and the rest world wide, sometimes 50/50. Google search traffic varies between about 40 to 90%.
So, if I use a host in US, like bluehost or hostgator etc, how will the US visitor percentage then change? It's very important to me because I thought of doing more as an Amazon affiliate and US is target one. And too, some as with amazon-uk. Btw I wish I could register .ca domains.

I hold all my names at domainmonster. They are excellent in my opinion, competentdomains.

Even though their control panel is dated, their support and expertise is second to none. I haven't had to contact them using the phone yet though but if its anything like the level of support you receive via email then great.

Obviously when you create a .uk you will get a nominet account which you can change the TAG if things go tits up.
