Hello, i am thinking about setting up a local registrar for my area and im wanting to know which is the best reseller for .com.au domains. The reseller account must be easy to use and customizeable and has the cheapest prices.

If anyone has any recommendations please post here.

.fr registration - how long does it take?

Last Thursday I registered a .fr domain with AmericaRegistry.com and the registration is still in the "processing" stage. Does anyone know how long this might take?

If you don't reside in France, it may not go through? Some information I found:

To register .FR: Owner of domain must be a french company or must be a holder of a French trademark. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, some registrars can help you register your company/trademark in France, or they can proceed with registration to their company name in France and then make the domain available to you (a Trustee Service).

Please notice that if the .com.fr domain is already registered, only its owner has the right to register the .fr. For example if you want to register the domain abcd.fr but abcd.com.fr is already registered by someone else, then you cannot register abcd.fr (unless you are also the owner of abcd.com.fr, both domains must have the same owner)

- COM.FR: may be carried out by legal persons carrying French nationality, French residents and businesses/associations registered in France. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, we can help you registering your company/trademark in France, or we can proceed with registration to the name of our representatives in France and then make the domain available to you (trustee service), this last option is free of charge

Please notice that if the .fr domain is already registered, you cannot register the .com.fr.

I've checked everything out, and it appears that this particular name is not currently registered or on their reserved list. I'll give it another day or so, then just call the registry directly if I still haven't heard anything.

Directly from the registars but unfortunatelly nic.pe is not accepting PayPal or credit card if is not "Visa Verified". You can pay with Western Union.

After a better price than that.
DomainSite.com have the same price, and given the choice I'd much prefer to stick with the more well-renowned company. Dot.am have $75.00 a year which is the best price.
