ccTLD ccTLD Privacy - How to hide my address on WHOIS?

I want to buy a .tf domain although I believe my question applies to most country code domains. I want to keep my address private (and ideally my phone number too) and I live in England. I understand that this is difficult as I can't find much information online, is this possible? What is stopping me from giving a fake address and phone number when signing up?
