Casino.TV would be perfect and also Casino.Online
With TV and Online together in the entirety of the domain it creates a slight confusion as to whether the casino is on TV or Online?
If the company for example was called CasinoTV and wished to have a web presence, there are an untold amount of extensions they could choose which would most probably be shorter too.
Not much value unfortunately in my opinion.
If you are a new investor I would research liquid domain names for possible quicker and easier flips, then use the profit over time to buy mid-long term domains for investment or more valuable domains for a short term flip.
