Very low value $20-30 MAX
Cash-poker.com is Not even worth your expected figure of $xxxx- $xx,xxx

One additional factor , what is so urgent about getting the appraisal
It isn't because you received an email offering to buy it, if you got an appraisal is it???
If so, could very well be the "Appraisal SCAM Email"
