...hmmmm, I wonder if that person would be interested in some Spanish med terms I have, all in .tv extension, like

cirujano - surgeon

pediatras - pediatricians (have pediatra in .me extension)

or

cuidar or cuidado which means care

I dunno, maybe yes, maybe no. They are available at any rate...

Jeff has repeatedly stated and stated to me again today. HE is not a broker and does not wish to be contacted to sell other peoples names.

...Ray answered your question appropriately. I followed protocol in respecting the wishes of a fellow domainer...

I do not see where thinking a legitimate buyer is a "big fish". Fortunately, my respect for buyers, sellers, and myself, preclude that honest deals are made between two parties with a mutual respect.

Seems your attitude, Finster, is not unlike those at Morgan Stanley, who mocked and made fun of investors that they cheated money out of. If you really think of people that way, you gotta problem and lack of respect for those that buy from you. Some inner reflection would help in your sad situation but that may be a little deep for you to understand...

except for the rare offering i throw into the forum here, usually as an auction, when have you seen me try to sell a .tv name or brag about a sale?

dont try to lump me into your class. i'm not here to sell names .tv while at the same time promoting them as "the wave of the future".

as i recall you only started writing speeches against my attitude when i started calling out some of the bs i see around here and questioning the value of .tv as an investment. so between the 2 of us which one is really more like morgan stanley?

i'm confused. in all the reports i hear jeff is usually acting as a go between. hell he's been nominated for ".tv domainer of the year" by a practically unanimous declaration. why is he now saying he's not a broker?

Ouchy! This thread has turned!

Jeff is definately not brokering.

I view it more like he wants to help out people he has developed friendships with.

Nothing wrong with that.

Labeling yourself as a broker, you invite anyone and everyone to spam you. I doubt you would want to sort through all those PM's and emails filled with the same garbage domains seen around the marketplace each day.

I am happy for all those who made sales!

Congrats!

because he is sick of random people sending his emails to sell their .tv's

I'm reminded of a John Lydon quote:

"If you don't want to be famous, simply stop. Easiest thing in the world."

Excellent sale - happy for buyer and seller.

Fin - stop sucking lemons, you're too nice a bloke to perceived as an old moaner!

And before this gets silly lets look at the facts.

Jeff is a straightforward good guy simply trying to help promote something he loves and has an investment in. I think the answer is more he is 'honest broker' than 'financial broker' - a person all parties can trust.

Fin has only rarely offered a .TV name for sale - and they were only names he had planned to drop anyway. AND he does have a right to question the value of something (.tv) in which he has more investment than almost everyone else on the planet.

Neither Fin nor Freedom30 are ANYTHING like Morgan Stanley - they are actually just a couple of guys who have a plan for their differing .tv investments

John Lydon now promotes the sales of butter - so IS more like Morgan Stanley!
