Car.toys for appraisal

Please can you appraise Car.toys

Someone emailed me as they want to develop a car domain and she thought
it would be ideal for her project. But she only offers $1500 I think its too
cheap! I was thinking along the lines of 5K

You input on this would be gratefully appreciated.

Why is it nobody ever appraises my domains. Are they so bad? I am getting a complex even writing something on this forum that someone is going to shoot me down in flames.
