Car accident

My mom was coming to pick me up from my girlfriends house and some car hit her from the back of the car sick. My moms car turned around in a circle and $hit. My mom was alright but the guy didnt even get out he just sped off going like 80 miles an hour. I didnt catch his license plate and the damage wasnt that bad but still what if it was worse you know. Obviously dude didnt have insurance, was drunk, or underage or he wouldnt have sped off. Im not too mad about the car accident with my mom cause it wasnt that bad but what if next time he hits a kid or flips over another car and just speeds off. that $hit has me getting pissed
