somehow I can no longer login to namejet. I can't contact the support either, since when I click the support form, it does not submit any ticket.

did u try:
1. Clearing your cache
2. Using Forgot password

cache and forgotten password did not work.

I had to call to retrieve the password. Don't know why the old password is not working.
