Cannot access chat

Hi all, when I click on chat I get the following message " Your computer is behind a firewall or proxy server. Please ensure that your firewall permits outgoing TCP connections to www.namepros.com on port 8080."

My firewall does permits outgoing TCP connections on 8080, anyone got any ideas?

I had the same problem. I was running peer guardian, and it prevented me from connecting to the chat.
