Yes, I can document revenue including the sources; much of it from long-time advertisers who aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

The $500K offer was from an investment group a few months ago around Oct-2005. Perhaps they would have follow-through with that offer, or perhaps even now ... I don't know - something is only worth what the current market says it's worth, and thus I've reverted to the $250K min number...

I've recieved numerous offers in the $250K to $300K range, including from domainers, end-users, and even one from a cannabis related site in the Netherlands in the few months.

Many buyers are willing to pay 2x to 3x times annual revenues.

I will consider selling for it low as $250K to a motivated buyer ... bring your offers.
