I would be grateful if you could explain to me about second level resolving domains ( .pro domains)

What is that? Why it is resolving???

I think this is correct ........

example.com = second level (example is the second level part)

mail.example.com = third level (mail is the third level part)


resolving means you can use it like a normal domain (wbsite, email, ftp, etc.).

Why they use "resolving " term if you can use it like normal domain? They can just say second level domains.
