Can parking companies pay to foreign bank account in foreign currency?

Any experience? Bodis, parkingcrew, or voodoo.

I prefer to be paid in rupiah and I don't mind paying the exchange fee or extra.

Actually I prefer to spread my eggs. I got dollar accounts rupiah accounts, etc. Just wanting to make sure that nothing goes wrong on payment day with money end up on someone else account.

I don't see how being paid in rupiah ensures that payment won't "end up on someone else account".If it's FX risk, can't you receive in USD and exchange to rupiah yourself?

I'll spread out. There are limitation though. I used to use paypal and they do the exchange.

teguh123 - I don't know of anybody who is offering this today. I have looked into it, but it's not very easy, basically it only becomes worth while when you have like $5M a month in a specific country. Because you have to have a local presence in each market.

There are some banks/companies that will do this for you for a small fee, but it's still like 50% more than what paypal charges.

I check my voodoo and it says that you sent bankwire.

You mean the account listed in the bankwire need to be in dollar?

I thought banks would just automatically convert the currency on the fly and take a chunk of exchange rate.

Update: Parkingcrew just send money to my rupiah account. I wonder if it incurs them some extra fee. They don't incur too much extra and their rate is reasonable.
