Found one good name available in .ru.com. But got a question if other country people can register .ru.com?

If yes, does it have any resale value if the name is good? or is it Almost not in use by anyone?

I have never seen anybody ever using this extension and I am Russian. In Russia in real use you have .ru, .com and .рф - that's it.

Domain name = Ru
Subdomain = name.ru.com

... has nothing to do with a RU ccTLD

I would not invest in this.
