hey guys
i was wondering if i could or if its a good idea for to sell my domain name to Taco Bell

its iamfull.com

I've seen taco bell commercials where these guys say "I am Full!" and its catchy and easy to remmember.

and thats what everyone thinks of when they hear "iamfull"

and plus people might misspell 'Taco' as 'tacko' or 'tako'

can i even do this? is it possible? (for me to sell iamfull.com to Tacobell.

go here:
http://www.tacobell.com/

and u'll see on the logo it says "I'mfull" but since you cant have that as a domain it wont work.

so what do you guys think? whats it worth?
(donot move this to Domain Appraisal)

Do they consider "I'm full" to be one of their trademarks? I didn't see any pending registrations on file at USPTO or any (r) or (tm) symbols next to it on their site, so maybe not. Big corporations don't usually deal with people they consider to be squatters, so there's always chance you can catch some heat from their legal department.

In this particular case, I'd say go for it. Good luck.

you can sell your name to anyone that is willing to buy. however, i doubt taco bell would be interested. "i'm full" is the tagline to their current marketing campaign, which will likely end soon enough... but "i am full" isn't used by them.

i don't quite understand what you mean by "and plus people might misspell 'Taco' as 'tacko' or 'tako'"

i mean that when people try to go on their website which is tacobell.com they might misspell taco, which would lead them to some other site. meaning this would hurt TacoBell since people misspell the word and end up on other sites.

its a good idea for them to use iamfull.com which is easier to remmember than tacobell.com and people will hardly misspell 'i am full' :-- IMO

heh, sorry but i'd have to wholeheartedly disagree with that. a temporary marketing slogan is easier to remember than the name of the 50 year old company? i'm not sure too many people are misspelling "taco" while looking up this place. its a fast food giant.

but, good luck.
