Can I resell .edu.(country) domain name

I managed to get hold of an Asian university .edu domain name. They might need that domain name some day. Can I resell it then?

First of all it depends on the ccTLD, if there is any special requirement.
.edu.cctld is just a normal subdomain, so yes you can resell it.
