Ok, so basically I need a host with 25/130gb or maybe even lower space and higher bandwidth. Maybe 10gb/200gb.

Anyway I need someone who can match this:

They are a good reliable host that has been around for a while, however they refuse to turn on the "exec" function which I need for my script (its like qooy but a different script).
