I'd like to use the RSS feeds from our local newspaper as a big part of a web site I might build. The site would have discussions on the daily news items that appear in the newspaper's RSS feeds.
If my site becomes popular enough for them to dislike what I'm doing (because people are holding discussions at my site instead of theirs), would they be technically able in their htaccess file or somewhere to block just my site from displaying the RSS feeds?
