Sedo is pretty slow on adding brand new extensions. Give it a while and they should get around to it. You could always park at Afternic/Flippa/Uniregistry untill then.

Edit: Nevermind. When I think about it, the .cam is more likely to leak traffic to the .ca, instead of the other way around. But, considering that, it could be smart to pick up the .ca of popular .cam sites.

In Canada the .ca of a province is held for the municipality. So really you can only register the .com, and good luck with that. Lol
