discuss Call me to my European phone # scam

The last few days I have received three separate inbound offers all for $900 each via EFTY landers but not confirmed probably because the email address is not legit. They all state please call us at some phone number in Europe - one in Germany, the other two in Spain, However, the IP address for all three is Ashburn Virginia.

They very well maybe premium rate number so that when you return the call you get charged big $$s on bill. Mind posting couple of numbers if they're different? Cheers and stay away from these scams.
