I want to buy a .ca name from a guy but I am an Indian and I live in USA now. Will there be a problem?

If you have any interest in Canada, you can work your way out... but you should see the post above and read the Canadian Presence Requirement to make sure, you qualify.. but having said that, I am sure you can find a suitable solution, if you want to.
