Took me a few seconds to figure this one out but your looking basically at reg fee. There are tons of 4 char LLLL still available without the hypens and not in the .org ext.

neat idea, but at the same time, only of VERY limited use, not to say useless.

at this time, reg.fee, domain art in regards to naming conventions has yet to be "invented" and pushed to the public. Frankly, i don't see it happening within the next years.

Well as you can see it has been invented. But current appreciation of the
unique value is low. Being an image instead of a word would make it much
more memorable.

Yeah but once you get it you won't forget it. It has tremendous
memory power. I expect it would also have good buzz potential
too, once it is associated with and promoted with a big business.

in theory you're right, but practically, you've got a .org here, not a .com.
association with a large company requires the same as creating a buzz for domain name art, leg work, advertising, positioning, etc. all these are ingredients that would drive almost ANY domain name in value.
thus, you asked for the base value given the fact that there is no content, and even though most of us here understand your concept, the majority of internet users will probably not catch on to the idea.
then again, nothing is impossible, go for it...it's worth trying to get the buzz going. best of luck
