domain C-A-S-I-N-O.NET Appraisal Please

Hello,

I'm new here and was curious about the value of the domain name -
c-a-s-i-n-o.net

Now I know that it's very hyphenated and is probably worth $0 - reg fee

I did notice that the .com* .info* .mobi* .org* versions were all registered.

Is the fact that these other TLD's are registered lend any value to this name?

It is not $0 to reg fee. The hyphenated market is developing (as far as words goes). The .net is more of a disadvantage than the hyphens. But that doesn't mean the name is worthless... just not as much as the .com.

I have a post on w-o-r-d-s on here (type that into search-top right). I have about 5 of them but have not found out a lot about them except that a huge amount of dictionary words are all taken. I made about $40 last month on s-l-o-t ..com..(grabbed when it dropped) so I know there is potential if seo is done. Also its interesting that there are people that type this in albeit a small amount but interesting never-the-less. I can't give you an appraisal but if it starts to generate money there is obviously value there.

Thanks for that info. I'd like to set up a page similar to what Gary has for s-l-o-t.com

I checked recently and I also have the name c-a-l-m.com as well.

I feel more comfortable hanging on to these sinlge-word-hyphenated names based upon the input from the helpful people here.

I caught this one dropping and my weak point is developing so I have not done anything to it. People here at namepros are very skilled and pretty cheap for doing some seo on a domain. Put up a mini-site and go crazy with the backlinks (both are done here at namepros for a minimal fee).
