BVL.net Sells for $12,500 on Sedo AA.net for $5000!

Wow! Two bizzare sales in my opinion.One of them much too low and one of them much too high.Last I knew even the best 3 letter .NET's were "only" fetching $5000.
I see bvl now belongs to a German company using the initials.I haven't checked the whois on aa.net,but they got quite a bargain on it IMO! What does everyone else think about these .net sales?
