I agree, that's a great domain. Low $xx,xxx maybe more. The value of the site you've developed really depends on the revenue you generate. Although I think it would be difficult to separate the revenue generated because that depends on the traffic. If you know what percentage of traffic comes from type-ins and what comes from SEO you could probably estimate the value of the site itself.
