Thanks for posting that. I was interested in the highest sales list, and found that to be motivational. For example VacationRentals.com sold for $35million, and I really need to think of ways to get into this market. :) For example some of my names like HousesOffered.com get valuatons of $x,xxx or less, and I feel that they are worth a lot more, but it seems to be a case of finding an entrepreneur or investment group who want to start a global property sales site. [note to mods] I have got other names like these, so I'm not asking for an evaluation of that name btw

Maybe the answer is to set up my own select list of names suitable for major international start ups.

If you feel strongly about the name, #HODL. But while you're hodling, I'd recommend you list your domains on afternic, and all the other places just to cross you t's and dot your i's. I get that you have a nice landing page, and direct type in will alert the visitor the domain is for sale, but there are times when people check their registrar for domain status, rather visiting via type in. #MaximizeInbound

And it is 2018, so if you have some time to waste, you can create a twitter page for that domain, and search social media for relevant start up's, or housing services. #MaximizeOutbound

Thanks for the advice, and it sounds pretty good apart from the Afternick (sic). Afternick is condoning the attempted theft of some of my names, and they are refusing to comment on it - see a couple of my thread here on Name Pros. I have been forced to register the name NoAfternic.com to protect myself, and I'm starting to add that button to my sales sites to indicate that under no circumstance will my names be available for sale through Afternic, and I will not negotiate using their platform.

That video has made me think that I should start a domain listing site for a few of my names, and stipulate that offers bellow £50,000 ( XBT 4.5 or USD 65,000 ) will not be considered. It may be ambitious, but I'm not in a hurry to sell, and if it takes 2 or 3 years, well it's still a better bet than leaving the money in the bank. I'm aware that some of my names are struggling to sell for $10, but I do have quite a varied range. :)

I've started to get interested in the platforms that were used to sell domain names. One example from that site is 360.com
NameBio reports - 360.COM last sold for $1,175 on 2011-01-23 at Sedo
That video reports it as selling for $17 million in 2015

Makes me think that Sedo and the like may be useful for buying, but isn't the place to make the big bucks. :)
