They have a domain registered at godaddy. Do I have to send them my GoDaddy Account ID and Account Email for them to push the domain to me?

How should you go about getting a domain pushed to your godaddy account? What's the right way and the wrong way?

I tried looking at http://godaddy.com/help/topic/823, but there didn't seem to be a relevant answer.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
They pick the domain, click Account Change
they will need your acct # and your godaddy email.
Then you accept when it comes... :)

What about using paypal to pay them? Is there anything I should beware of?

Depends of the type of sale, where it happened etc
Have you any info to check them out to be sure they
are legit?

and if it's a big amount of money - consider escrow.

It's on ebay.
Is it strange that no registrar information is listed for a domain?

All domains have Registrar Info, usually in the top 3 lines of the whois info. Try iWhois.com or GoDaddy's Whois.

if buying on ebay make sure to check his feedback and make sure hes legit. read past feedback then make your judgment. I personally would use paypal for domains up to a few hundred. if the seller has great feedback theres nothing to worry about (usually)
if its an ebay noob then id contact him first.
Also - if worse comes to worse and he does screw you - just file a paypal claim and ull get ur money back if the seller is shady
