buydomains.com question

Does anybody know if they negotiate? or This is price they are willing to offer and that's it. I've never dealt with them before. Insight would be greatly appreciated!

I got this letter from buydomains.com:

Not sure if they negotiate on domains they are interested in buying - but I know they negotiate on domains they are selling. I cant imagine it would hurt to ask for more, but knowing them, your probably only talking about a 20% increase.

They do negociate when selling. As for buying I don't know but if you submitted your domains to them I would say their offer is not that bad.
