Buy side brokerage agreement?

Anyone have a buy-side (I am brokering a deal for buyer, not seller) brokerage contract they’d be willing to share?

Saw one that was posted for sell-side, but haven’t seen anything on buyer side

Seems you just need a Fee Agreement for that.
