It looks nice; though I have to say the grammar they use in some areas of that forum is pretty bad haha. If you're paying for these posts, and looking to eventually build a good self-sufficient customer base - I'd say stop..or get ones that can write with correct grammar.

Other than that, I like the blue/black theme - it's pretty basic. I don't like to go to sites to talk about business with colors everywhere that make me weary of the advice I'll be getting. I also like the logo on the top left - straight forward, to the point.

Nice rounded corners, good light&dark blue colors combination
- Try to make bullet-icons on the left colored (not b/w)
- Make phrase "doing business the right way" in the logo more readable (use more dark font)
- add contrast for top right corner submenu (My Profile, Edit Profile ...)
- add contrast to (Forum Contains New Posts ... line in the footer)

The site looks good right now, not much I would change, maybe just add some whitespace across the menu and padding inside it.
